- Can I name three of them today?
- What is the channel I will use to reach 50 of them?
- What pain hits weekly that this fixes?
- What are they paying for adjacent that this replaces?
- What is the one-line pitch that earns a paid pilot?
- What is success in 30 days post-launch?
- Who is the outside reviewer who tells me I am wrong?
If You Cannot Answer One
That is your next conversation agenda. Talk to ten buyers until you can answer it before any contractor invoice.
