Four binary questions, asked before code. Most ideas die at question one. Survivors get a landing page and DMs. Build only after paid intent.

The Four

• 50 reachable buyers warm in 30 days?
• Adjacent paying spend?
• Three named buyers?
• Weekly pain?

Why You Do It

Without it, you build first and validate after. That order wastes months.

When You Stop

When you have 1-2 survivors with 5 paid-intent replies. Then build.
