The Eight
- Who specifically is the buyer (role + segment + size)?
- Can I name three of them today?
- How will I get 50 of them on a landing page in 30 days?
- What pain hits weekly that this fixes?
- What are they paying for adjacent that this replaces or reduces?
- What is the one-line pitch that earns a paid pilot?
- What is success in 30 days post-launch (revenue, signups, churn)?
- Who is the non-technical reviewer who tells me I am wrong?
If You Cannot Answer One
That is your next conversation agenda. Talk to ten buyers until you can.
Then Ship
