The Eight
- Who specifically (role + segment + size)?
- How will you reach 50 of them in the next 30 days?
- What are they paying for today that touches this problem?
- How long is their typical buying cycle?
- Who else is the buyer talking to (incumbents, alternatives)?
- What is the one sentence that makes them say "finally"?
- What is your win rate goal in the first 60 days?
- Who tells you you are wrong about this niche?
If You Are Stuck
Whichever question you cannot answer is your next interview agenda. Talk to ten of the buyer until you can answer it.
Then Ship
Answers in hand, ship. Re-score in 90 days against actual win-rate data.
