1. Can I name three real people who would pay for this today?
2. Are they already paying for something adjacent?
3. Can I reach 50 of them in the next 30 days?
4. Will they describe the pain unprompted in a 20-minute interview?

How to Use It

Apply the filter to every idea in your notes app. Most die at question 1. The few survivors get the next 30 days of your interview time.
